  1. Shipping Information:

1.2 Order Processing Time: Once your order has been successfully placed, we strive to process and ship it within 3-5 business days. Please note that this processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

1.3 Shipment Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

2.1 Return or Exchange Eligibility: Currently we do not offer Returns, only Exchanges. We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

2.2 Exchange Process: If you wish to initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

2.3 Exchange Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us safely.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue, which may include providing photographic evidence or returning the item for inspection.

4. Made-to-order items.

4.1 Made-to-order items and other bespoke products vary in completion & shipping time. A scheduled is assigned to each product. 

4.2 If you wish to cancel a Made-to-order item, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
